Bullitt East’s Taylor Roby was named the Metro Louisville Softball Player of the Year on Tuesday at The Courier-Journal Kentuckiana Sports Awards Banquet presented by Norton Sports Health.
The sophomore University of Louisville commitment was 23-5 with a 1.15 ERA to go along with 217 strikeouts in 176 innings. She also batted .590 with 14 home runs and 50 RBIs.
