Mr. Basketball Carson Williams of Owen County and South Warren’s Dayton Gumm both scored 19 points to lead the West to a 140-112 victory over the East in Saturday’s Kentucky Association of Basketball Coaches All-Star Game at Transylvania University’s Beck Center.
The games matched some of the state’s top seniors, with players from Regions 1-8 on the West squad and those from Regions 9-16 on the East team.
Bullitt East’s Tyler Sharpe scored 14 points and Oldham County’s Jacob Bates added 13 for the West.
Morgan County’s Jordan Perry scored 24 points to lead the East.
