Regional volleyball tournaments are scheduled around the state this week, with champions advancing to the State Tournament set for Nov. 6-8 at Valley High School.
The Sixth and Seventh Region tournaments will start Monday at the sites of district champions. Semifinals (Tuesday and Wednesday) and finals (Thursday) will be played at Valley. The Eighth Region Tournament will run Monday-Thursday at North Oldham.

SIXTH REGION
* Monday – Bullitt Central at Holy Cross, 6 p.m.; Bullitt East at Butler, 6; Pleasure Ridge Park at Mercy, 6; Doss at North Bullitt , 6
* Wednesday (at Valley) – Bullitt Central-Holy Cross winner vs. Bullitt East-Butler winner, 6 p.m.; Pleasure Ridge Park-Mercy winner vs. Doss-North Bullitt winner, 7:30
* Thursday (at Valley) – Final, 8 p.m.
SEVENTH REGION
* Monday – Eastern at Assumption, 7 p.m.; Atherton at Presentation, 6; Manual at Christian Academy, 6; Male at Sacred Heart, 7
* Tuesday (at Valley) – Eastern-Assumption winner vs. Atherton-Presentation winner, 6 p.m.; Manual-Christian Academy winner vs. Male-Sacred Heart winner, 7:30
* Thursday (at Valley) – Final, 6 p.m.
EIGHTH REGION
At North Oldham
* Monday – Grant County vs. North Oldham, 6 p.m.; Spencer County vs. Gallatin County, 7:30
* Tuesday – Oldham County vs. Collins, 6 p.m.; Carroll County vs. Simon Kenton, 7:30
* Wednesday – Grant County-North Oldham winner vs. Spencer County-Gallatin County winner, 6 p.m.; Oldham County-Collins winner vs. Carroll County-Simon Kenton winner, 7:30
