The Trinity High School football team is ranked No. 19 in the nation in USA Today’s preseason Super 25.
The Shamrocks finished 11-2 last season, falling to Male 20-19 in the quarterfinals of the Class 6-A playoffs.
Trinity lost several key pieces to graduation after last season – its starting quarterback, top running back, top three receivers and top five tacklers.
The Shamrocks will open their season Aug. 19 at Nashville (Tennessee) Ensworth.
