Having won 16 straight games, McCracken County kept the No. 1 spot in this week’s Kentucky Softball Coaches Association’s Top 25.
The defending state champion Mustangs will carry at 20-1 record into Tuesday’s home game against Paducah Tilghman.
No. 4 Male and No. 5 Bullitt East lead Louisville-area teams in the poll. Bullitt East is scheduled to host Male at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
